The stay started rocky. the valet didn't help with our bags upon arrival. He watched as we unloaded everything ourselves. our room wasn't as clean as i expected. i also found the resort fee excessive, considering the watered-down toiletries and constant commercials played instead of music. it was annoying, and i think it could be better.

everyone was friendly easy check-in. all the valet staff were nice they provided excellent customer service. i will book again the ocean view really impressed me. the room was large and comfortable too.
the pool area is small it needs repair the jacuzzi is super small and it did not work that day. hopefully, they fix that soon.

i had a birthday celebration at the wild thyme restaurant for a group of 40 people. the service was top notch from beginning to end. jacob hillman helped plan the dinner and accommodated our group outside and the rooms were perfect.
i reserved a one bedroom oceanfront king suite directly through the hotel in november and i did not get the room i reserved. i was put in a smaller room with a minimal ocean view. i was still charged for the room i had reserved and this was disappointing.
